pin_code_fields

A themeable PIN and OTP input for Flutter, MIT licensed. In production in thousands of apps, and the largest of the five I publish under my own name.

Nearly half a million downloads a month across five open source packages. 160 of 160 pub points.

Odoo LLM

An open source toolkit that puts language models inside Odoo: providers, retrieval, knowledge bases and agent tooling, as thirty-four installable modules. Built at Apexive, my previous company, and theirs rather than mine.

1,492 of roughly 1,900 commits are mine, which makes me its largest contributor. 215 stars, 157 forks.

Dingi Life

Maps and navigation for Bangladesh, with live traffic and Bangla voice guidance. I owned iOS releases, OS migrations and SDK updates on an existing Swift codebase.

1,000,000+ downloads at peak on Google Play.

App Store

GetEase

On-demand lifestyle services marketplace in Amsterdam, from massages and haircuts to personal trainers. I worked on the mobile side: two Flutter apps, one for customers and one for the professionals taking the work.

Two apps, iOS and Android. Launched in Amsterdam, then Rotterdam.

Healthy Longevity Café

Companion app for a longevity café in Prague. Personalisation, diagnostic results and loyalty, built against the backend team's APIs.

Both platforms from one Flutter codebase.

hl.cafe

AI character platform

A social platform built around user-created AI characters. Generation pipeline, persistent chat state, subscription billing.

Full stack. FastAPI, Flutter, Next.js, GCP.

Under NDA

KindleDrop

Wireless ebook transfer to Kindle: drag a file in, get a four digit code, open it in the Kindle browser. Free to use, funded by its supporters, run by me.

4,000+ books transferred every month.

kdrop.me

JoldiApp

An ordering site I co-founded in Dhaka and took from zero to launch. Customers placed an order, and we went to the shops, bought what they asked for and delivered it. No warehouse, no inventory, just people doing the work while the software learned what people wanted.

Founder, engineer, and one of the delivery guys.

No longer operating

HandyX

A two-sided marketplace with booking, live tracking and payments. Both apps built from scratch and shipped to both stores.

One engineer, about two months.

thehandyx.com

Around forty more are not on this list: client apps, internal tools and packages that did their job without needing a page of their own.

How I work

Research, understand, discuss, implement.

It is a loop, not a line. Looping back is cheap. Pushing through a broken plan is expensive.

Use AI, own every line.

AI generates, engineers verify. Every line gets read, understood, tested and linted before it ships.

Conservative estimates, on purpose.

Finishing early builds trust and finishing late destroys it, so the numbers stay careful.

Research, understand, discuss and implement drawn as a circle of arrows, with one arrow looping back to an earlier step.

What I own

Architecture and direction.I make the calls on system shape and integration design, and I review the pull requests that matter.

Whether it is good enough. The bar is the same whoever writes the code. It does not drop because a deadline is close.

The outcome, not the ticket.Building software is one thing. Creating value and owning the work is another.
